Gwendolyn is a seasoned CPA and former in house CFO with deep expertise in federal and multi state tax, business structure, and high level advisory. Since 2007, she has worked with closely held businesses that need more than a once a year tax return. They need someone who can read the numbers, ask hard questions, and connect today’s decisions to long term goals.

As the founder of Avet CPA and co founder of ReFrame Tax Strategists, Gwendolyn spends most of her time in advisory work. She helps owners think like a CFO, whether they are choosing an entity structure, mapping out a multi state footprint, or planning for a future exit. She is especially known for stepping into messy situations, rebuilding clean books, and giving owners a clear, practical plan forward.
