Step 2: Proposal and Scope Definition

Service tier and cadence
Fixed monthly or annual pricing
This proposal is based on the information gathered during the questionnaire and Discovery Call. We do not finalize scope or pricing without adequate context.
You will have the opportunity to review the proposal and ask questions before deciding how to move forward.
Step 3: Onboarding
Once a proposal is accepted, onboarding begins.
Onboarding is a dedicated phase of work focused on establishing accuracy, alignment, and clean workflows before ongoing services begin. Depending on your engagement, onboarding may include:
