All prospective clients must first book a Discovery Call. A Discovery Call is a short, focused conversation where we get to know you or your business, understand what’s working, and identify the areas where you need support. It’s not a sales pitch. It’s a chance for us to learn about your goals, your pain points, and the systems you already have in place.

Once on the Discovery Call, we ask a series of questions to understand your full picture.

Tax planning, compliance, and advisory work are highly interconnected. Household income, filing status, business activity, payroll, and even where records are kept can affect tax credits, deductions, filing requirements, and planning opportunities. Many of these are easy to miss without seeing how the pieces fit together.

We will ask questions during your Discovery Call so we may:

  • Spot compliance requirements tied to income levels, business activity, or location

  • Avoid overlooking household or business factors that could affect your filing

This approach allows your Discovery Call to focus on guidance, clarity, and next steps rather than basics.
